Event cancelled or postponed?

If an event is cancelled, you will always receive a 100% refund. Most online purchases are refunded automatically, so no action needs to be taken. Sometimes you do have to take action yourself.

Tickets for a postponed event will automatically be valid for the new date. Unable to attend on this new date? Then you are entitled to a refund.

Please visit the event page (until the date of the event) for specific instructions concerning your event. This message also includes the refund processing times.
 

Online purchases

Paid by iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa/Mastercard or Fun Miles?

No action is needed. You will automatically receive your refund.
 

Paid by Sentoo or Local Bank Transfer?

Please contact us via support and provide us with your bank details: bank name, account number and account holders name. 
 

Purchases via our outlets

Please visit the event page (until the date of the event) for specific instructions concerning your refund. In most cases, you can return your tickets to the outlet where you bought them to get your refund until the date mentioned in the instructions. No instructions found? Please contact us via support.
