On April 18th 2026, Curaçao will witness another thrilling Kickboxing & MMA event as HONOR Fight League #7 takes over the island.

This is not just another fight night – this is a night full of adrenaline, fun (DJ/drinks/food) while being entertained by some of the biggest names in combat sports live on Curaçaoan soil.

The return of HFL World champion Sharif Ben Mabrouk
The return of HFL World Champion Sharif Ben Mabrouk marks a major moment for fight fans. The reigning world titleholder steps back into the ring to prove once again why he belongs at the top. Known for his relentless pace and sharp finishing ability, Ben Mabrouk represents the elite level of international competition. Some see it as a statement fight, others as the beginning of a dominant chapter in his career. One thing is certain: this is world-class action that fans would usually only witness on the biggest international stages — and it is happening right here in Curaçao.

Heavyweight Showdown!
The heavyweight clash between Thomas Bridgewater (NL) versus Robert Morrow (USA) is sure to deliver fireworks! These two absolute giants are both highly experienced professionals with nearly 100 victories in between them. If you have never experienced a heavyweight clash before, be sure to not miss out on this opportunity, with jaw-dropping spectacle guaranteed!

Women’s MMA Fight
The evening will also feature a women’s MMA fight between Curaçao’s own Chiara Domacasse and USA’s Genesis Cejudo; and we couldn’t be more excited about it! Both ladies are big talents in their own rights, with Chiara ready to fire up the home crowd while Genesis Cejudo (family of UFC legend Henry Cejudo) is ready to make an impact during her first Caribbean ‘business trip’.

4-man tournament
For the first time ever, HFL will feature a 4-man kickboxing tournament during the evening, including local fan favorite Christopher Elliott from Curaçao, Stephan Tuukara representing Congo & Guinea, the Dutch-based phenomenon Charaf Maatallah and USA’s own Basem Jaber. The tournament will feature 2 semi-finals and 1 final, with unforgettable moments and drama guaranteed.

Curaçao is ready to shine
• Curaçao’s own Keanu Irausquin takes on Surinamese professional Luiz Fernando in a professional MMA fight that promises pure action. Both men are known for fast finishes, so do not blink.
• Fresh off a dominant win in the Netherlands, Curaçao’s fastest rising star Niurick Leoncio is set to feature at HFL7. The future is bright for this young man and he is ready to write another chapter.
• Curaçao’s female talent Mia Rumai is still undefeated, fierce and always ready for a fight. She is set to showcase her skills once again at HFL7 and conquer any challenge that is presented to her.
