HONOR Fight League #7  

On April 18th 2026, Curaçao will witness another thrilling Kickboxing & MMA event as HONOR Fight League #7 takes over the island.
This is not just another fight night – this is a night full of adrenaline, fun (DJ/drinks/food) while being entertained by some of the biggest names in combat sports live on Curaçaoan soil.

The return of Brian Hooi
Curacao-born MMA superstar Brian Hooi, recently crowned two-time WOW FC champion is returning to the island for a highly anticipated rematch against Jhon Grueso from Colombia. This may be Hooi’s final stop before joining the UFC.

Enfusion World Champion vs HFL World Champion
In the main event of the evening Curacao-born and former Enfusion World Champion Rudsel Zinhagel is taking on current HONOR Fight League World Champion Sharif Ben Mabrouk for a high-level kickboxing match-up. 

High-stakes MMA clash
In the co-main event of the evening, David Hawker, arguably the best MMA fighter residing in Curacao, is taking on Tommy Theocharis ‘The Greek Warrior’ from Canada who previously fought in the UFC organization and is now eyeing a return to the top of the sport. 

Heavyweight Showdown
Jaw-dropping spectacle is guaranteed when Thomas Bridgewater from the Netherlands and Rob Morrow from the USA, two giants of the sport with countless knockouts between them, face off in a heavyweight kickboxing match-up.

Irausquin Brother ready to put on a show
In a first for the island, Curacao-born brothers and MMA professionals Keanu & Barry Irausquin will both fight on the main card, ready to put on a show against their opponents from Suriname and Colombia.

International 4-man tournament
4 Fighters, representing Curacao (Christopher Elliott), Colombia (Jimmy Cobo), Congo/Guinea (Stephan Tuukara) and Morocco (Charaf Maatallah) will compete to become HFL Kickboxing Tournament champions, with 2 semi-finals and 1 final scheduled for the same evening.

Female MMA
Chiara Domacasse from Curacao and Genesis Cejudo from the USA, two young and talented ladies, will face-off and look to produce fireworks early on in the evening.

Local Talent
Among others, Niurick 'the Lion King' Leoncio, likely the biggest kickboxing prospect currently in Curacao, is ready to put on a show for his home crowd, this time facing tough competitor Sorosh Alai (representing Afghanistan) from world-reowned gym ARJ in the Netherlands. 
Curaçao’s female talent Mia Rumai is still undefeated, fierce and always ready for a fight. She is set to showcase her skills once again at HFL7 as she faces a tough competitor from the Netherlands.
